1. Music – the louder, the better;
  2. Singing mind instead of a thinking mind;
  3. Sleeping with a head under covers;
  4. Cleaning, washing dishes, ect. – force yourself to do at least one of the chores;
  5. Showering, bath;
  6. Spending all day long in a bed once a week;
  7. Candles. A lot of candles;
  8. Fresh air.

Being an introvert is horrible when you’re trying to survive living in a shared house with people you don’t like. Ha.
